Here’s what I do:
Cut about 4 slices of lemon Peel the ginger root and slice about 4 thin slices Measure about a tablespoon or two of honey. Boil about 8-10 oz of water and pour over lemon, ginger and honey in your favorite mug and enjoy.
This truly is an amazing tea. I have a cup of this tea daily around lunch time. I’m still trying to figure out how it keeps me energized and calm at the same damn time. Try it at home and let me know what you think in the comments.
