If you want to lose 50 lbs, you can trade the time you spend binge watching reality 📺 for 30 minutes of exercise. You can also TAKE and MAKE the time to meal prep on your day off so you can make sure you are eating balanced meals during the week instead leaving eating to chance. If you always had a dream of achieving something big in life, you can also do the research to learn how to be successful in that thing. Oh and don't forget to implement what you've learned. Knowledge is power 💡 but you ain’t doing nothing but burning electricity if you are not putting that knowledge to work!
Yeah, this stuff takes time and hard work! I'm not saying it's easy I'm just saying it's gonna take work and you have to be committed to it! But I got a question...what is your reason for change? Is your Why even strong enough for you to intentionally create the change you want to see in your life?
One thing you can't do is complain about your quality of life if you have no intention of doing anything to change it. Well, I suppose you can but nobody cares😳 At the end of the day, you get what you make time for. Das it 😊
