The Stroke Changed My Life — But It Didn’t Get the Final Word

There are moments in life that divide everything into before and after.

Before the diagnosis.

Before the phone call.

Before the loss.

Before the health scare.

Before the moment your body forces you to stop.

For me, surviving a stroke became one of those moments.
