Wisdom Wednesday: If We Don’t Learn the Lesson, We Repeat the Pattern
Time can pass and age can increase, but emotional maturity does not happen automatically. Wisdom is not guaranteed just because we have birthdays, responsibilities, bills, children, careers, heartbreaks, or hard seasons.
I Had to Stop Performing for Fake Love
There comes a point in every woman’s life where she has to ask herself a hard question:
Am I loved, or am I being rewarded for performing well?
That question did not come to me wrapped in softness. It came through heartbreak. It came through disappointment. It came through family wounds, friendship losses, romantic letdowns, and those quiet moments when I realized I had been bending myself into shapes that were never really me.
For a long time, I thought love meant being useful.
Thoughtful Thursday: A Month-End Reflection to Pause, Reflect, and Realign
There is something powerful about the last Thursday of the month.
It is not quite the end, but it is close enough to feel the weight of everything you have carried. The meetings. The meals. The emotions. The decisions. The stress. The small wins. The quiet disappointments. The moments when you showed up even though you were tired. The days you wanted to quit but kept going anyway.
That is why this kind of reflection matters.
